We use a computer system to page us if you have a problem.
Here's how it works:
When you call in to us, our computer will answer if we aren't available.
You will have your choice of several mailboxes.
Press the number for your particular need,
#1 is for Emergency calls only
#2 is for booking a service call with us.
#3 is to contact me, Dave Godzak
#4 is to contact Liz and our accounting department.
ALL mailbox's will page us.
We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Calls will be taken by importance, emergencies come 1st
but all calls are important to us.
Please be patient, we will return your calls.
If you do have an emergency and don't hear
back from us within 15 min.,
please call back and page us again!
If you don't press any buttons, you can still leave us a
message but it won't be paged and we'll get back to you
the following day or later that day.
